Booking Policies
No extra guests
I am a home based nail tech and I ask that you respect my space and those who reside in it. There are very few exceptions and you MUST reach out to me prior. I will cancel appointments and turn away clients who do not respect this rule.
Booking Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book appointments. It will be applied to your total after you are serviced, however, it will not be refunded if you do not show up or the appointment is canceled for disregarding policies.
Tardiness
A 10 minute grace period is given and an additional $15 will be added to your end service total after 15 minutes. I have a very limited schedule and try to make the most of it, I will not tolerate it being wasted because of poor time management.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling per appointment is permitted, afterwards the appointment can only be canceled and a new one requested. Clients must reschedule atleast a full 24 hours before the appointment time. Again, my time is limited and every rescheduling is a lost time slot.
Cancelations
I understand things happen, emergencies or the unexpected can arise. Cancellations must be done withing 72 hours of the original appointment date to be returned the original deposit. After this time, the deposit is completely forfeit and clients can only reschedule. Excessive cancellations will result in being denied future services.
